The Bible contains many different prophecies. Most notably, the book of Daniel and the book of Revelation contain prophecies that are more than 2,000 years old, but have proven accurate throughout history, so much so that the critics have thought that they were written after these events have taken place. However, archaeology has discovered that the Bible prophecies are indeed genuine and are really from the era it claims to be from.

The Bible claims that it is the Word of God and that He is real. One of the evidence that it provides us is the prophecies contained in it. The Bible declares:
Amos 3:7 “Surely the Lord God does nothing, unless He reveals His secret to His servants the prophets.”
The Bible says that God shows what will take place before it happens through His servants the prophets. It also declares:
Isaiah 46:9~10 “Remember the former things of old, for I am God, and there is no other; I am God, and there is none like Me, declaring the end from the beginning, and from ancient times things that are not yet done, saying, ‘My counsel shall stand, and I will do all My pleasure,’”
